Well… I have been waiting for the “OK” to drop this late Gregory Commercial I have been putting together for a little while now. I seem to have a harder time editing a short video than a regular-length-standard route/interview piece. Timing is key, color, sharpness and the concept has to work. I hope this incorporates all of those 100% as the final is getting approved by the good folks at Gregory now. SO… stand by on that.

The past few days we have been dealing with a bit of rain, snow, and the usual bolting and climbing. The project is coming along very well and I am still totally in love. I got further and it’s really just a matter of time until it’s done. I bolted a route on the right side of the Hurricave which was an attempt to create a project for Colette. I completed that one a couple of days ago and calling it “Joe Blow”!!! …and after Isaac tried it as well we feel its probably 13c. Not bad for an addition to the backyard novelty. YEEEAH!… It really feels good to complete a route that I created, cleaned, did the work on and sent… The feeling is a completely different experience than the usual. I would say a little more emotional and significant. It is something that I am now addicted to. The work, and the connection is such a great endeavor and I urge everyone to try this stuff!!!

Tim gettin it going.

Matt bummed on the snow.
Colette is grinding out some boulder problems in Moe’s at her leisure. I love this part of the country as there are SO many options for the climber. After work Colette can swing by Moe’s, work her project and feel good about the day. Convenience and accessibility is truly present here and it’s nice to take advantage of.

Lindner Roof V8?

Yesterday Tim Kemple and Matt Irving came down from Salt Lake City for some video/photos. They are here for a couple of days to shoot route development, new projects, and the goings on. I love working with such professional people. These guys know how to do a great job and put out an A+ product. I am pretty lucky man…
