I have been on the tip of searching areas and looking for a new place to invest in. Today I looked ALL around the Gorilla Cliff (home of Psychedelic and The Present). I hiked for HOURS….I found mediocre walls. Well…GOOD walls, just yield a few routes. Chris Lindner knows about this well…Hommie has been seeking cliffs out in a helicopter then hiking hours to see if there are 1. Holds 2. Do-able lines 3. Quality Rock…..It’s a challenge here in the USA…but we will KEEP looking.

Some Deer I followed.

A nice wall thats about 35 feet tall…two routes worth for sure.

A large mountain, but the cliff bands are maybe 30 feet at best. UGH!

This one is roughly 65 feet tall…and might be good. The hike is roughly 45 minutes….

Another nice band of stone…40 footers with slab endings…

This one is the best, but the approach is heinous. 60 minutes surely, and the need to jumar the base is likely…
We will see….I ain’t givin up!
