FRUIT HANDS.
Colette and I drove out the other day early to avoid any snow. There is highway 80 in Wyoming that has some of the most trecherous winter driving if the conditions are bad. I have had hours of stressing out on that road through snow storms. So to all of you out there…. avoid I-80 in the snow… trust me.

Wyoming.
The drive led to us arriving in Salt Lake at 3pm which was kinda nice rather than the late night arrivals that we usually opt for… We hooked up with friends, went to our storage unit that makes the SLC a major checkpoint and got our hotel. I LOVE hotels… temporary home.

A mural by Retna and El Mac of the Virgin Mary. Some of my heros.

Day one of the show has been mellow and today I am doing lunch with Petzl and then HEADING out….. yup. No comp for me. I have BIGGER fish to fry and am completely equipped to do so. There are new caves on the horizon for the limestone lovers out there… and my drill is charged, I am LOADED with bolts, and I have a serious motivation to get started tomorrow. ITS ON.
