Monthly Archives: September 2009 What do ya do on a day of rest? Well, in a foreign country you gotta get some culture, some food, and watch some people. Colette and I ran around the beautiful city of Nice the other day living it up and making some great photos. The beach is warm and sunny, the city buildings... Think about it for a second. 4 days of SOLID down pouring rain onto limestone in a canyon. TUFA’d limestone no less…the kind that is formed from H2O…. and its still dry. Sector Deverse has proved itself nearly...  Mobbin and grindin on the real. I took down Asai yesterday. A VERY nice 8c/8c+ just left of Kinematix. The route starts out with some seriously thug moves on lame tufa pinches and heads straight up the wall to another heartbreaker crux. BUT, being a true profesh I took it down in 5 goes…PROPAAAA!
